200-Level CNG Qualified Master Technician program is an advanced training pathway designed to equip experienced technicians with the specialized skills needed for complex system diagnostics and troubleshooting. This curriculum moves beyond foundational service, focusing on symptom-based and fault code analysis for Hexagon Agility CNG systems. Participants will master the intricacies of the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and the Fuel Management Module (FMM), while learning to integrate the Blue iQ™ system with Cummins INSITE for precise diagnostics, repair, and parameter editing.

The program consists of four intensive modules that cover critical technical areas, including CNG Leak Detection and Repair and comprehensive troubleshooting protocols for both standard and smart gauge systems. Unlike other levels, this pathway focuses on practical application and does not require a final examination. Instructor-led learning experience in a virtual environment approximately 2 hr. 40 min, this training is a highly efficient way to elevate a technician's expertise. This qualification ensures your team can handle the most challenging maintenance and calibration tasks required by modern CNG fleets.
